Right of withdrawal

Your Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.

This period runs from the day you, or a third party designated by you, physically take possession of the ordered goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email):

Withdrawal Form

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory:

To L'atelier Chêne & Fer:
I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the following goods: [description of goods]
Ordered on: [date]
Consumer's name: [name]
Consumer's address: [address]
Date: [date]

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
