Delivery Policy – L'atelier Chêne & Fer
Production lead times
All our products are handmade in our workshop using locally sourced wood and recycled metal. As each piece is handcrafted, production lead times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
- Items in stock: dispatched within 2 to 5 working days
- Made-to-order items: 1 to 2 weeks
- Customised orders: lead time provided upon order confirmation

We currently ship to:
- Mainland France
For all other destinations, please contact us before you place an order.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically when you confirm your order, based on:
the weight of the parcel
the dimensions of the product
the delivery destination
Any taxes or customs duties applicable outside the European Union are payable by the customer.
Maximum delivery time;The total delivery time (preparation + dispatch) will not exceed 7 working days from the date of order confirmation for products in stock, barring exceptional circumstances beyond our control. For made-to-order or personalised products, the delivery time will be communicated to you when your order is confirmed.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:
- your dispatch confirmation
- a tracking number
- a link to track the progress of your parcel
Packaging
We take particular care when packaging our creations to ensure they are protected during transit. Wherever possible, we prioritise recyclable or reusable packaging materials.
Delays and delivery issues
Although we do our utmost to meet the stated delivery times, these are for guidance only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (carriers, weather conditions, busy periods, etc.).
In the event of a significant delay or a parcel arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a suitable solution.
